Diana Gallardo first joined Kiwi Partners in 2000 and rejoined our team in 2006 as SVP of Human Resources Services. Diana leads a dedicated team focused on outsourced Human Resource services.  In her role, Diana is able to utilize her diverse financial, legal and management skills to benefit our non-profit clients.  Over the years, she has worked with over 200 non-profit clients delivering human resources services and support. 

 

Diana is a strong employee advocate providing counsel for employee development and recommending innovative strategic approaches to increase productivity and efficiency in departments. Diana conducts workshops and roundtables on topics such as employee performance management, sexual harassment prevention in the #metoo era and internships.  She is also proficient in many HRIS and payroll platforms, including BambooHR, ADP, Paychex, JustWorks, PayCom, WorkforceGO, Zenefits, and Namely. 

 

Diana has a strong commitment to social justice and community outreach and has volunteered at the New York Lawyers Association; The Brooklyn Botanic Gardens; was the President of a Brooklyn Condo Association and was Treasurer of FamilyKind.  

 

Diana holds Juris Doctorate from Valparaiso University, School of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and is licensed to practice in New York State. In 2014, she earned the designation of Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) for demonstrating a strategic mastery of the human resources body of knowledge. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from New York University and a Change Leadership Certificate from Cornell University.  Diana is fluent in English and Spanish.
